[/quote]</p> <p>As I unterstood the NTSB press release The engineer had on southbound run at the throttle before. And the accident happened in the dark.</p> <p>I would need more than one run at speed to get familiar with way marks. So if you miss, for whatever reasons, the speed limit advance sign and the milepost one might be lost with this limited experience.<br />Regards, Volker</p>
