$66 Billion allocated to Amtrak and Amtrak related projects in the final bill.    Still no dedicated trust fund setup.    So again back to yearly appropriations.

But as previously noted, this 'completely' funds Gateway and the Baltimore tunnel -- even if ridiculously overpriced and nearly as slow as what's being replaced.

We ought to rejoice that's getting done.  However the funds get paid out...

i can't imagine this House not having passing this bill with the full Amtrak funding intact.  Is there anyone who thinks this President wouldn't sign it?
