OK OK but when I have to scream agent! 3 times and everyone in the bar is looking at me funny there is a problem. Then Julie pulls out this line-"Our Agents are specialised and say or press this botton". Which send you back to the top again. I assume that the airlines and bus companies are this bad as well.

Yep, it's Raymond.  Or channeling him.

Try using the word 'representative' next time.  Sometimes 'operator' or 'speak to operator' is the hidden back door that gets you out of scripted-menu land.
