As long as the cited Amtrak Power Point presentation is not public, everything is hearsay. And both sides are biased.

Yeah but of all the issues in the world facing Amtrak and it decides on PTC as THE issue to be overly strict on..........what about.....

1. Onboard food service.

2.  Better First Class experience.

3.  On time performance

In PTC it can use it as a hammer.  In all the other issues it is really the nail.
