I don't know of a source that lists all of Amtrak's Thruway Bus Schedules in one place or page.  However, you probably can piece all of them together from the Amtrak System Timetable, which can be download from Amtrak.com.  

For example, Pages 36 through 38 of the Amtrk System Timetable Updated September 2017 show all the Thruway schedules for the Northeast Corridor.

The Thruway bus schedules were always located in the timetable in close proximity to the schedules of the trains with which they connected.  You may have to do a bit of digging to find them.

It may be that if Amtrak published the 'Thruway' schedules separately they might come under fire for competing with private bus lines.  They partially avoid that by using the buses only to extend or connect their train services.  So mentioning buses only in the context of their associated train services may be intentional (or at least politically aware).

To me, it is convenient for the Thruway schedules to be right with the schedules of the trains that connected with the buses. Back when Amtrak published printed schedules, it was not necessary to find aother page to see the connections.

The schedules on the internet have the connections right with the train schedules.

If you simply want a listing of all the Thruway schedules, simply go to each individual train schedule and see what connections are there.

Living in Lansing, Michigan, I catch the Capital Limited in Toledo.  I can get on the Amtrak bus in Lansing, which winds through Dearborn and other towns on the way and three hours later I am in the Toledo terminal.  Or I can drive an hour and be in Toledo, which I do. 

But I think Amtrak wants to sell tickets on the trains, and the bus helps them do that.  I doubt Amtrak wants to sell seats on the bus for people just wanting to get from Lansing to Toledo.  So since the Amtrak bus is expected to be part of a train trip, there is no reason to list them separately.
