Never too old to have a happy childhood!
I have the impression that some of the names indicate sorrow for certain actions of the Third Reich. If such is so, I see that it is entirely appropriate to name trains for Anne Frank and Dietrich Bonhoeffer, along with other people who were at least persecuted for one reason or another.
