Walking around the CN ex IC yard in Waterloo IA I noticed that the concrete platform and the passenger station was in very good shape. They even had a sign that said "Waiting Room" and the boarding lines are still visible. It looked as the 1980s was last usage. or it was the crew change room for CN trains
IC's HAWKEYE was the last scheduled passenger train thru Waterloo in April 1971
