Apparenlty like New York State, California also thinks its a Empire State and they have a monopoly and that most major buisnesses have to go thru them. Exspecialy import-export via the ports of NYNJ and LA. But now we have ports like Prince Rupert for CN and Ports like the Port of Norfolk VA.
