I am plannining a trip to Seattle soon and I was wondering if the wild fires in Glacier National Park are affecting thhe EBs route. If it is I may have to take the CZ to San Fran and the CS up to Seattle. Does anyone know?
Currently not effecting the Empire Builder route as the fires are in the Upper St. Mary Lake valley, well to the north of the railroad. Rain is forecast for the area Monday with high temperatures only the 50s (F), so this could possibly put a dent in the fire.
