The new station would be located under the Bourne Bridge at the Bourne Recreation Area, APTUCXET on the Mass Coastal line. The platform would be 400' long, 10' wide with a canopy roof. For parking, the existing parking lot will be improved that will include a pick-up and drop-off area.
In addition to the new station, there will also be track and signal improvements. The siding that begins in Buzzards Bay will be fully restored and extend north to Wareham. The crossover that is just north of the bridge that crosses Cohasset Narrows will be rebuilt into a universal crossover that will be controlled by a dispatcher. On the Cape-side of the Railroad Bridge, a 4,000' passing siding will be built after Canal Junction. Work is expected to begin from January until June. That is great news! With more expansions of the Cape Flyer it'll be so much easy for me to commute to Cape Cod by train in the summer and winter because I go to Provincetown (or nicknamed "P-Town") in January, February and sometimes I go to Cape Cod in March.

How do you figure that? It only runs in the summer and only as far as Hyannis?(from their website):
