Appears that compputer system down since 2100 Saturday night. Reservations ability very spotty as of 1127 Sunday. Any information ?
Correction it is only Amtrak.com. Was told Arrow working if you can a live agent on phone or go to a maned station. Track a train and dixieland have no updates since 2100 last night. 30 and 48 still shown in CHI. There goes all days off for agents ?
Reported that now entire system may be down ?
A hint to riders that are now on a multiple ride itenerary. Once the system finally is restored it may be necessary to check your ongoing trips to make sure you were not cancelled. With no record of you boarding one of your legs the computer might think you missed a leg and cancelles the rest of the itenerary ?
Although no one can say at this time MARC at 1300 reports that all ticket machines are not operating. Anyone is this related ?
Also Amtrak reservations system is still inop at 1700
