Also does it include tracks and is their a final trak plan diagram anywhere.  reason asked is how track is laid out will determine its fluidity.[/quote] The Master Plan, which can be downloaded from Amtrak's website, has some diagrams of how the station, including the tacks, will be laid out.  I have not had an opportunity to read all of it, but the pictures and diagrams are inspiring.
