Most are aware that Amtrak is running its one operating dome on Midwestern trains around Thanksgiving.. For a long time it has been assumed that is the only active dome.
Examining the Amtrak fleet plan version 3.1 on page 55 attachment 1 shows 6 dome heritage cars. Earlier versions also show them on the roster. Anyone know their state of repair at Beech Grove ?

if you read more carefully, it lumps the Pacific Parlor Cars into the count.
