MORE INFO.  -+ Butane ( ? ) railcar parked at Propane dealer.  Electric motor running pump caught fire and apparently burned thru hose causing fire.  No explosion and contained fire as leak burned off.  One propane worked got freezer burn from cold butane and is hospital.

Amtrak service restored at 4:45 PM
