<p>Erik,</p> <p>Thanks for the update on California's generation picture. Having been retired for more than six years, I don't stay as up to date on the electric utility industry as was the case when I was in harness.</p> <p>I am not a tree hugger. But I am concerned about global warming, which appears to be a acerbated by CO2 emissions. With the introduction of the Boeing 787, as well as the forthcoming release of the 737MAX and A320neo, jet airplane emissions will be reduced by approximately 40 per cent per airplane. </p>
