The proposed master plan for upgrading and expanding capacity of Union station has been released. The many previous plans that were never started are also shown.

Thanks, I was unaware of any overall plan for improvements; I did know that changes are planned for the interior arangement, including relocating the first class lounge, and have hoped to see a drawing of these proposed changes.

......Just looked at the "Master Plan" for Union Station in Chicago.

Surprised to see such plans, but encouraged to see someone, someplace, has such "plans" to update...renew such a railroad edifice.  And peripherals around it.

Beginning to wonder if "we" even care what this great country is to be going forward. Certainly hope "new plans" for infrastructure of all kinds will be brought to the surface.

More, much more...bring it on.

Anything that can widen the platforms and make that dreary, dark level brighter would be the biggest improvement for the users that would be relatively affordable.
