The 145 went east on June the 11th with #6 to Denver. It will probably be back in a day or so since the Zephyr is not running all the way to Chicago due to flooding.
#145 gets around! I chased her on the Cardinal on 6/3/11. Here she is in Alderson WV at a scheduled stop....but running 2 hours late it did not stop!

It seems to be a coast to coast locomotive. It was turned around at Denver this week and returned to Rocklin today due to the flooding in the midwest. # 5 was on time today since it orginated in Denver.
