Daylight Triple-unit Diner and Articulated Chair Cars Shots?

    Any body got shots of the Daylights Triple Diners or Act Chair cars, inside or out (would like to see the inside a lot) or any other articulated passenger cars would be nice to.

There is a huge book dedicated completely to 98-99 Daylights that has everything you are loooking for and more. The book has exterior and interior shots of all cars, even drawings. My suggestion is find the book.

I presume you're referring to Southern Pacific Daylight, Train 98-99 by Richard K. Wright. Be aware that the book was $60 when new in 1980 and prices have risen since then.

Good book, though.

That book originally came out in 1970.and cost $30.00! At that time one could buy a railroad book for under $10.00.Anything over $15. was getting high,and a very few books were an expensive $20.00.I eventually bought my copy for $115. Lately I have seen this book priced at $175.00.This is an excellent edition,and is wll worth the money.

And just remember always buy first editions of these books and don't hesitate until the price goes up. And if at all possible buy signed and numbered copies and don't open them at all. If I get signed and numbered copies I seal them in plastic if they are not already sealed in plastic and buy another copy of the book to fingerprint and read. I have purchased many hardcover books signed and numbered that have never even been opened and purchased softcovers of the same book to read and fingerprint or if not to expensive additional unsigned hardcover books. I found out along time ago if you want a book do not hesitate to buy it. Some books have only limited runs and do not remain on the market for very long. Often there is no second or third printing. And most important second and third editions never bring the price of a signed and numbered first edition.

I buy books because I want them....not to sell them.  The last books I sold were college text books that I couldn't wait to get rid of....
