These Nations or States have the ability to make things happen and right away.The United States needs Studies, EPA impact studies, committiees, local input (NOT IN MY BACK YARD!!) and years of wasted effort.It is my understanding we slammed a road through to Alaska in 6 months to a years time in world war two. Now a mile of free way is years in the process before the first survey peg is installed.Sweep the bloat away, find the money, get the property and make it happen. Putting boots on the ground as they say.Nah, they rather go back to thier currently scheduled committee meeting.
