Well, Let me ask this, do you know if Kansas has said anything about putting money up, and has oklahoma said anything about adding more money to it. Little different, but along the same lines.Right before Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans, Amtrak shut down service from Florida to New Orleans.  Now the states are screaming for the service to return, but Amtrak has been saying No.  Not until they see some money.  Amtrak is in need of money.  They may be governmet owned, but the government is leaving them out as far as funding goes.  I would hope they can open the line from OKC, to Kansas.I would also hope they can reach an agreement to reopen train service back to Florida, but you never know what the government is going to do..
