Grand Luxe DC Florida trips cancelled

Just got a phone call from Grand Luxe Train Tours. Their trips planned for Washington, DC to Miami, FL and back scheduled for late December have all been cancelled due to low reservation numbers.

They need to run the these train in the Summer time to get more people on aboard.

Late December is a tough time to get people to shell out big bucks for a travel experience. Consider what they're up against:

1. People weary of the holiday rush who just want to relax at home.
   
2. People whose primary travel goals are to visit with family.
3. Budgets stretched thin by holiday shopping.
   

Other dates for Grandluxe seem to be selling well, from what I hear.
