Boston Globe:

Green Line service downtown has been suspended because of a power problem, the MBTA said Wednesday.

No service is running on the Green Line between Government Center and Arlington stations, according to the MBTA. The T said the power problem was occurring at Boylston Station and urged riders to use the Orange Line.

MBTA spokesman Joe Pesaturo said passengers were taken off trains because the trains could not move. Photos and videos on social media showed passengers walking through tunnels.
