Thanks for the news!

Oh Yea!  Governor mandates MBTA to continue service they don't have the funds to continue yet doesn't offer funding.  So politics of the 21st Century!  Mandate but don't fund and then accuse those doing the job of being inefficent on top of it all.  Where have we heard this before?
