Quite a difference I remember how long it took to build that boondoggle known as the central bus station in Tel Aviv

Four months early because of efficient work by the contractors.  But only after years of delay by politicians.

Tel Aviv is started boring its red line work   Using 8 TBMs.  4 MONTHS EARLY ! !  How do they do it?.  Would be 4 years late in this country.    DAVE ?   Only Seattle seems to be on schedule in this country !
