It may be worse than  originally posted by news wire.  2 Market - Frankford  trains at the 69th st terminal collided.  reports that as many as 12 cars derailed ? One person critical condition.  On this link looks like a train on an adjaecent track may have been hit as well ?

We are aware that there appears to be a lack of vigilance in terminals and yards by both RRs and transit systems.  A good list of the amount of low speed problems at these locations may be needed. Safety meetings lacking ?
