Okay, then you're one of those who missed it.  It's intuitively obvious to the most casual observer.

Happy New Year, though.

Your headline is deliberately provacative in that the underlying article mades no allegation of crimial negligence - YOU DID.

When called out, you should have the common sense to keep silent as opposed to trying to shift the blame to others for understanding exactly what you intended.

I don't see Hyperbole, I see an accusation.

I'm sorry to see that everyone misread what I intended to be an obvious use of hyperbole.

Hyperbole was never evident nor obvious.

If the personnel are charged for criminal conduct, then they will be protected by the legal system with their own defense lawyers to contest the charges in the adversarial process known as a trial.

In company procedures as well as the legal system, guilt is supposed to be proved.  The standard of proof in criminal matters is much higher than it is in company investigations.

Not familiar with the laws that this union works under.  The unions under the railway labor act must try to protect their members no matter what.  Had to bite my tongue more than once.

And that applys to non members as well ! !

Criminality is much higher than the inspectors.
