Computer would not clear signals for 20 minutes.  All SEPTA trains ordered to next station and waited for signals to clear.  Someone misplaced a period ?

I am unfamilar with which of the Computer Aided Dispatching Systems that are in the market that SEPTA is using.

When the CADS system won't line signals there is NOTHING a Dispatcher can do!

Never too old to have a happy childhood!
