Seattle link to triple fleet.

Sound orders 122 more cars to supplement their 62 cars now in service.  Realize Link is a special case but still its success is outstanding since there has been relatively little political interferrence as compared to other systems.  Atlanta as an example.

There doesn't seem to be a central agency to co-ordinate transit operations in Metro Seattle by eight different agencies.  Sound Transit operates the rail commuter service, two different light rail routes, some express buses and some suburban routes.  Other operators provide other services.  To me, it appeared rather disjointed.

The daily commute is part of everyday life but I get two rides a day out of it. Paul

It is a bit, as each county operates their own bus system. Sound Transit is run jointly by all of the counties and acts as a unifying transit source. Their online ticketing and scheduling app allows one to book a ticket and check schedules for all of the operators.
