Metra has removed two engineers from duty after two recent incidents on the Rock Island Line in which passengers reported being alarmed when their trains suddenly tilted precariously, the commuter rail agency said Tuesday.

I'm a bit skeptical at this point as the tilting incident appears to have occurred at a point not involving a curve. My guess is that the trains in question went through a crossover, which even at the proper speed will result in some sidesway.
I just heard on the 7 News that the FRA is now investigating Metra for safety.

Turns out there were three incidents, including an engineer running a red signal on the Metra electric line. FRA says the investigation should be completed withing 45 days.
