Per railway age Oregon legislature is going to pull out of the combined highway and light rail bridge project.This will postpone any planning and work until a major incident causes problems for drivers. Much credence is given to the reluctance of Vancouver to allow Portland's light rail to operate there. Evidently Oregon state line covers most of the Columbia river so it would have to put up most of the funds ?
