What is the annual ridership for the Washington DC metro?? I can't seem to find a consistent website with the statistics?
According to DC Metro's Vital Signs Report, Page 27, the rail system carried 218 million passengers in FY12 or an average of 758,489 per weekday. Buses transported 132 million, and Metro access carried 2.1 million. The total number of passengers was 353 million.
The operating budget was $1.6 billion, and the capital budget was $.9 billion.
