NY MTA announces portion of Port Jervis line from Port Jervis  -  Harriman will be restored with a bus bridge for the 14 miles Harriman  -  Suffern or other locations. Final details are being worked out with NJ TRANSIT to provide crews and the extra MTA equipment needed is being positioned.
