You're right; how could I have forgotten? Those were the days when Managing Editors actually managed.
I have two questions. First, is this really a paint job or another vinyl wrap? Second, does anyone know if Metro has any plans at all for any other heritage schemed units such as a CB&Q?
This is a full paint job. Metra 425, assigned to the Rock Island District, is in Rock Island Heritage colors (red & yellow).
