I believe contrary to the article they started construction already but it may not be "official construction" or the "official project".     However the clearing of the ROW into Terminal B has already started and so has the design to the Terminal B station at DFW.     I had thought previously they would use the existing Terminal A station that DART constructed as it would be both less wasteful and less confusing for DFW Airport passengers but the old adage of government spending comes into play here.    Why have one rail station when you can have two.........and on top of that a shuttle bus to the TRE station.     So soon to be three rail choices at DFW Airport all at different locations in the complex.
