What a great, whimiscal idea, but this could only work in countries which disallow frivolous lawsuits (not the USA).

Moreover, even if this slide or slides were installed in Penn Station they would within a day or two be cordoned off with yellow Keep Back tape and marked, as the escalators perpetually are, "Out of Order."  

Riding trains is more fun in Europe.  Plain and simple.

   That's OK for going down, but have they thought about an "up" slide?
