Local engineer appears to have lost situational awareness. Over runs end of track. Note: the doors of the train actually opened before train stopped. Train guard in a hurry ? Is that normal operation of Indian RRs?

they are manual doors .
At least the passengers waited for the train to come to a complete stop before jumping from the open doors!
