So far things have not gotten bad where I work in Albany or Burlington VT although Church street buisness have gotten tighter. Used to be able to pee behind a dumpster in a back alley in NYC but now you will end up in Rikers Island or worse. Have gone off elevated train lines in Chicago but other then wearing a cath bag or Depends "going" in major downtowns is getting harder

For anyone who cares, I believed trackrat888 was ohiorivertrails even before he sent me this friend request, but I really feel the proper way to treat a troll is to ignore him. I make a slight exception now, since I'm sure the moderators will react to the abuse notice I sent them, and eliminate his new account. This thread, in which he admits to public urination "Have gone off elevated train lines in Chicago" just really goes beyond my limits of decency though, and even goes beyond any of the things I remember reading in his posts till now.

Unfortunately it's not beyond the limits of some of the things I noticed about him when he visited me on my sailboat in July 2014.

Jerusalem has two well-maintained and patroled public bathroom facilities in its

downtown area, one in the City Hall's underground parking garage, and one in a small park near the center of the most prestigious shopping "triangle."  Our various churches and synagogues do not object to strangers using their facilities, and the Western Wall has a very large facility, unaware if it is run by the city or the rabbinic authority.  Hotels aren't objecting if one is dressed for the type of visitors they host.  Have not investigated facilities in mosques (yet?).

But the main bus terminal charges one sheckle, about 28 cents.

Look for the nearest major hotel. Since they are maintained several times a day, they have the cleanest restrooms you can find. They are usually located in the lobby or in the level that contains all the ballrooms/meeting rooms.
