A father left a two-year-old boy on a bus in Jerusalem on Wednesday.

The toddler was discovered in his stroller after the driver reached the end of the route. The driver then called police.

Shortly thereafter, the father arrived at the last bus stop and explained that he had gotten off the bus only a few stops earlier.

Police are investigating the incident.

A couple of years ago, in DC, I watched in disbelief as a woman pushed a stroller containing a small child onto a Metro subway train then left the train to look at the outside, apparently making sure it was the correct train.  She jumped back in as the door was closing.

People never cease to amaze me.

Well, at least the poor toddler mentioned in the first post was forgotten on an air conditioned bus rather than being left in an overheated parked automobile...

There is no charting the twists and turns of the human mind.

Never too old to have a happy childhood!

I can't help but wonder what electronic gadget Daddy was amusing himself with.  I nearly ran over three people this week with their minds and their eyes on their i-pods and nothing else.

Wouldn't we all have loved to have heard what Mom had to say about this?
