40 injured.  It is time ti send a message to all types of operators.  Do no know MA law but if possible  ---

1.  40 counts of attempted murder.

2..  If not 40 counts of attempted manslaughter

3.  If not 40 counts of felony reckless endagerment

4.   +  reckless endagerment for all non injured  passengers on cars.

The date on the article goes back to May....why is it being dug up again now?

Actually, it goes back to May of 2009. I remember this event from the coverage on SubChat, and so soon after Chatsworth (or whatever they call their town).

Which begs the bigger question - Where is that individual working now, 4 years after the incident?

Never too old to have a happy childhood!

This is unfair....What happens when your stock in your 401k or pension is tanking and you need to sell asap. How many train engineers also have stocks that they need to buy or sell asap and there broker is giving them a margin call? Do you stop the train? Actauly what happens when the engineer has the craps because of bad coffee at the Comfort Inn?

Sorry, this is a dead issue, dealt with quite a while ago, with nothing to be added or altered.  If, however, the driver is employed as a driver here or anywhere else, and it is proven or known, then yes...if you know, come out and say so with facts and confirmation.  If just to fill a forum site, then, no use.
