[/quote]  We're getting closer to launch date ![/quote] Capital Metro announced last week that the launch of commuter rail service from Leander to Austin is still on indefinite hold.  Apparently they have  not resolved the problems with the road crossing gates and flashers.  The project is turning into a public relations disaster at a time when Capital Metro does not need anymore bad press.  It is not very popular amongst many people in the Austin area, which is a bit unfair, since it operates a decent bus service.
