Apparently they have not resolved the problems with the road crossing gates and flashers. The project is turning into a public relations disaster at a time when Capital Metro does not need anymore bad press. It is not very popular amongst many people in the Austin area, which is a bit unfair, since it operates a decent bus service. </P>
