Did GE ever build any prototypes of their GEVO passenger unit? The Trains special "Locomotive" referred to Vergara, the guy who styled the P42, doing the styling for the GEVO passenger unit (Next Generation Passenger Locomotive, NGPL I think), and they made some reference to the design. But was it built in any form? Are there prototype drawings available even if the unit wasn't built?
