6925 - The Forgotten UP Centennial

UP 6925 rests forlornly, rusting away in Chamberlain, SD. This walk-around video popped up on YouTube yesterday. It's easy to seen in the close-ups that pretty much every usable piece of mechanical equipment has been salvaged and all that remains is the shell.

Interesting video, I was going to ask who owns it but I see by the YouTube poster's comments it's owned by the Dakota Southern, who've cannibalized it for parts.

I suppose the next stop is the scrap merchant.  It's not like there's no other preserved Centennials.
