Did you ever think about calling the railroad that passes your place. The railroad also needs a spir track to spot the Gon on. You will also be required to obtain the righs to spot a car on someones spir.
By the way you will need a lot of money to do all or this UP FRONT.

Even 20 tons is much too small to fill a gondola. A scrap metal dealer will drop off a roll-off container that will hold more than that, given the current price of scrap steel this would probably be worth your neighbor making a call...
