It seems to stay in the Detroit and Toledo power pools, working out of Toledo/Stanley Oh or Plymouth, Lansing and Grand Rapids, MI (my area). I've seen it several times up here. Recently, it appears to be heading to Cumberland for it's 92 inspection.

yes the CSX #4617 (C&O paint) is still active, it is currently sitting here in Louisville,KY as lead unit on a ballast train. Saw the unit in person yesterday 8-9-07.

4617 should still be active. I believe it travels the entire CSX system since I have heard of it showing up everywhere. It is mainly assigned to work trains.

4601 isn't the last one. CSX 2667 still shows Seaboard System paint, unless if got painted?
