More SD40-2 to Brazil
Posted by pedrop on Wednesday, June 13, 2007 5:19 PM
Hi Guys,

today I received a good news: brazilian ALL railway bought 25 SD40-2 from NREC. More 25 will arrive here in 2008 too. The first ones are coming right now. They will be sent here by Houston port  and will be rebuilt to meter gauge, but common C-C trucks.

Hello,Pedrop. Nice photos you have posted. Brazil is  very beautiful.

It's nice to see rr's from around the world. It would be neat to watch

the Sd40s being loaded on the ship at houston.Cool [8D]

This week I received this list of the locomotives ordered by ALL. Have you seen some of them in USA or canada? They are arriving here in two or three weeks.

You looking for a few locomotives?

Got some pretty cheap!

Seriously, they went to Texas Terminals last week, and should be on the way to Pedro by now..

That high nosed SD40 is weird to look out of...and the control stand is set up with the long hood as the front.

In order, from the high nosed one back away from you..

5479, 8387(SD40-T2), 5703, 5848, 5637, 5600, 8251(SD40-T2) 7378
