In the PRIIA specification I found a sustained 110 mph in diesel-mode and 80 mph in 3rd rail mode a required. Amtrak asks for 110 mph vs PRIIA's up to 125 mph.</p> <p>The discrepancy to the January 2015 PRIIA revision remains which requires 110 mph sustained speed.</p> <p>But it seems safe that Amtrak is requiring 110 mph.<br />Regards, Volker</p>
