As of 2009 13 states (CARB states) had adopted the CARB emision standards: Arizona, Connecticut, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington.</p> <p>There might be more states now.<br />Regards, Volker</p>
