It will be interesting to see how many are Gabtec and how many are EMD.

50 new locomotives by early next year seems like it would be a tight time line for just one builder.. likely the 50 are split between both GE and EMD.

There's a lot of unused locomotive building capacity right now.

I'm interested to see how many credit units they are getting.

I wish KCS would get some, but as far as I've heard the order will be GE only (with a mixture of Tier 4 Credit and Tier 4 Compliant Gevos). KCS did borrow a couple of EMDX demos a while back, but I'm not sure if they were impressed.

As a side note, I believe BNSF is the second customer for the ACe-T4 with 10 on order.

Was going to say, BNSF has purchased the SD70AH-T4. KCS has purchased both ES44ACs and SD70ACes recently so until there's some confirmation there's no reason to believe 1 vs. the other.
