The  follow up video on You Tube from 2013 is pretty interesting as well. 

Nice operation they have there.

So he wants to get paid for the billions and billions of YouTube hits this 48 second video will generate.  Hope he doesn't spend all the proceeds in one place.

OK, I figured it out.  When I clicked on the arrow and that black screen came up I clicked on YouTube in the lower right corner.  Success! The video played.
