Hi, I am interested in some informations about the turbocharger used in EMD 12-645E engine. Does anyone know the code-name and producer? The most important to me are turbocharger operating maps, which I need to make 1D computer simulation of engine cycle. To be honest I can't find any useful stuff about that turbocharger on the Internet. If anybody knows anything I would really appreciate sharing it with me

EMD will not share any data on their turbochargers. The reason(s) should be obvious, and are beyond the scope of your question.

It might be helpful if you could get access to the EMD engine manual for that particular engine, the 12-645E3. I have manuals for the 16-645E and 16-645E3 engines but none for the twelve cylinder engines.
The 16-645E3 turbocharger is described as a type "E16" so I suppose that for the 12-645E3 it would be described as an "E12".
It might be possible to base a rough calculation of the turbochrger output on the fuel consumption figures at the various notches, noting that the gear drive gives way to the turbine around notch 6 to notch 7.
The 12-645E3 is a very popular engine, and I believe commands a premium over the equivalent 16 cylinder which is much more common.
